Our company opened as Countertops of Memphis in 1987 and the business quickly expanded to Nashville and Knoxville - making the company name less than accurate. In 1990 we bought the then Nashville-based Highland Systems and consolidated their efforts in Memphis. Now, over 20 years later, with a satellite operation in the Little Rock area, we have become the Mid-South's Premier Countertop Manufacturer, with a reputation for unparalleled dedication to customer service.
Highland Systems is a licensed Tennessee Contractor (#00029915) and a member of the Better Business Bureau, Memphis Area Chamber of Commerce, Home Builders’ Association of Memphis, Fayette County, North Mississippi, Greater Little Rock, Lee County, Jackson, & Nashville, Tennessee; National Home Builders’ Association; National Kitchen and Bath Association; International Solid Surface Fabricators Association; American Society of Interior Designers; and the American Subcontractors Association. We hold certifications in fabrication and installation of DuPont Corian®, DuPont Zodiaq®, Wilsonart®, Gibraltar®, Avonite®, Formica Solid Surface®, and Cambria®.
